Prep work for the new addition is underway!
While we are all eager to start seeing the new addition come to life, the underground work must be completed first!
Saw-cutting has begun in the Residential Living parking lot in advance of excavating and installing the new storm and sanitary sewer piping for the new additions.

Construction Begins
The construction trailer is in place and all of our approvals and permits have been received.
Our site contractor, Blooming Glen Contractors (BGC) from Perkasie, will be mobilizing equipment and manpower on site this week. Their focus will be to install the required soil and erosion control measures within the work site before they can begin any large-scale excavation work. Benchmark and BGC will then work on underground utility trenching and providing a revised building egress for the current Health Care center through the dining room.
