Build Your Health Care Career at Living Branches!

Thinking about a career in health care? Our paid CNA training program is a great place to start! You’ll earn $15.00/hour while completing the course and gain the hands-on skills you need to launch your career. Classes are offered in the morning and evening to fit your schedule. Once you’re certified, you may be offered a job with us.

Nursing Scholarship Program

Living Branches team members who are working toward becoming an LPN, RN, or earning a bachelor’s degree in nursing can apply for a nursing scholarship. Scholarships are available to everyone – full-time, part-time, or seasonal. As long as you’re currently in an approved nursing program, you may apply several years in a row.

Tuition Reimbursement

Regular full-time and part-time team members are eligible for our educational assistance program. The program reimburses regular full-time team members for eligible educational expenses up to $3,000 per calendar year, and part-time team members up to $1,500.

On-Site Training Programs

Team members from every department are encouraged to enroll in our paid certified nursing assistant (CNA) program, med tech training, or dementia training (Dementia Capable Care).

No two days are the same at Living Branches. From helping a resident get ready for the day to planning an activity to folding clean towels, every contribution matters. You’ll work alongside people who share your passion, and you’ll be part of something bigger than just a job.

The DAISY and BEE Awards

Living Branches celebrates team members who go above and beyond to embody our mission and core values.

All team members are eligible for either the biannual DAISY Award (an international award given to nurses) or the BEE Award (the companion award to the DAISY, given to non-nurse team members).

Nominations for these awards are always open and can come from anyone: team members, residents, family members, volunteers, and others.

The DAISY and BEE Awards are one way we actively cultivate a culture of gratitude, celebration, and recognition.
