Currently: Dock Woods is in the final phase of construction on a new Health Care (skilled nursing) community. Resident rooms are being renovated to create more private rooms. The new accommodations will be larger and provide more natural light and attractive décor. This phase will also create a sun-filled activity base with a patio overlooking the central courtyard. Follow along with our progress.
February 2024: Renovations are complete on the second phase of Dock Woods’ new Health Care neighborhood. Its 13 private rooms and one companion suite now provide ample space, natural lighting, and tasteful décor. Nurses’ stations were also transformed into new living, kitchen, and dining spaces, and residents are enjoying the new lounge area as well.
September 2023: Construction wrapped on Country Cottage, the Memory Care community for Health Care residents. This new community features 18 private rooms and large, sunny common areas with a more intuitive layout. Residents, family members, and team members are enjoying the joy and serenity Country Cottage now affords.

The best of senior living at Dock Woods
As a not-for-profit senior living community, Living Branches makes a lifetime commitment to residents who have been wise stewards of their money but have outlived their resources. The benevolent care ministry allows us to offer these residents financial support, so they can continue to lead lives of purpose and joy at a Living Branches community.
Residential Living
