In Health Care, we see and nurture the whole person. Residents in Health Care receive round-the-clock care while enjoying all the comforts of home. Formerly called skilled nursing or a nursing home, Health Care is provided at our Souderton and Lansdale campuses.

Living Branches residents with moderate or advanced dementia live in Memory Care communities at the Personal Care or Health Care level. This ensures residents receive the supportive services they need in a calming, secure environment. Memory Care communities are available at Souderton Mennonite Homes and Dock Woods in Lansdale.
