“Together we empower older adults and families to lead lives of purpose and joy, guided by the Mennonite tradition of care and service to others.” Over the next five years, Living Branches aims to enhance the lives of residents in our Health Care, Personal Care, and Memory Care settings. The capital campaign is true to our mission, as we continue encouraging residents to seek fellowship with neighbors, share moments with family, and experience the beauty of God’s world.

At this time we extend an opportunity for you – our friends and neighbors – to contribute in a way that is personally impactful to you. Growing Together with Building Updates

Your gifts to the new building projects at Souderton Mennonite Homes and Dock Woods will provide important enhancements to our communities. These additions will better accommodate those visiting friends and loved ones in Health Care and Memory Care neighborhoods. Together you will enjoy updated common areas and beautiful outdoor spaces.

  • Welcoming rooms with updated finishes and furnishings
  • Well-appointed common spaces and landscaped courtyards
  • Updated kitchen, living, and dining spaces that promote a home-like environment

Growing Together with Creative Arts Therapy

Your gifts to the Creative Arts Therapy Fund will enhance the daily purpose and joy our residents experience through person-centered programming, and joyful experiences using music, art, and dance throughout all levels of care at the Living Branches communities.

  • Music therapy: strengthen existing programming and advance tools and expertise available to residents
  • Art therapy: empower seniors by providing them with resources needed for creative expression
  • Dance movement therapy: further expand our capabilities in this growing field
