Kathleen Roberts began working at Living Branches in 2013 as a consultant for the policy and procedure consolidation project, following a lengthy career in IT security. She then continued with the organization and completed the state Administrator in Training (AIT) program to receive her Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license. Following the completion of the AIT, she continued to assist the organization with special projects. In 2016 Kathleen was announced as the Director of Dementia Care Strategy. Kathleen is leading the charge to create and implement the Living Branches vision and strategic plan to deliver dementia care and Alzheimer's support services to the community that leverage the latest research and reflect best-in-class practices.
