Prior to Living Branches, Kristin served as the director of recruitment at Grace Inspired Ministries. Her experience in human resources includes several other area organizations, and she was formerly the vice president of HR at The Community at Rockhill. Kristin has a B.A. from Holy Family University and is a SHRM Certified Professional. Kristin and her husband, Joe, have lived in Quakertown for 20 years, and have two dogs named True and Fiona. She assumed the role of chief human resources officer at Living Branches in January of 2022 having worked for the organization since January 2020 - starting as the director of human resources.
