Construction updates

Today’s construction will serve tomorrow’s senior living residents. Souderton Mennonite Homes is currently building new Memory Care neighborhoods for residents in Health Care (skilled nursing) and Personal Care (assisted living).

When completed, the new Health Care area will offer 18 private rooms for residents with dementia who also need the highest level of care. At the Personal Care level, residents in the Memory Care neighborhood (Park View) will enjoy a larger community with 26 private rooms, plentiful natural light, and beautiful common spaces both inside and out.

Work on both projects will be completed in the fall of 2024. Here’s how construction is progressing.
