Class Summary

As we age, friendships often change. We may have lost a friend or a spouse. Friends have moved away, or we may have moved. The thought of finding new people can feel overwhelming. This course will cover places to look for and the skills needed to make new friends.

About the Instructor

Yvonne Caputo taught in public schools for 18 years. She has also been the vice president of human resources at a retirement community, a corporate trainer and consultant, and a psychotherapist. She has a master’s degree in education and clinical psychology.
