Maura Derstein is the practice leader at Lacher Business Consulting and on the Senior Leadership Team at Lacher. Maura is a passionate developer of people, leaders, and healthy organizations. Throughout her career, she has served in the areas of business development, operations, client experience, and leadership. Maura joined the Living Branches board of directors in July 2024. She is a member of Calvary Church of Souderton and lives in Telford with her husband, Marc; sons, Calvin and Tyler; and dog, Mia.
