Take your hospitality or dining services career to the next level and join our team as a Team Lead – Server! In this role, you’ll still be able to maintain relationships with residents, assist them with their dining needs, and gain kitchen experience, but you’ll be challenged with the additional responsibilities of maintaining dining protocols and building rapport among staff!

Server Team Lead Overview:

· Coordinates service activities in the main dining room, Personal Care and or Health Care setting

· Oversees Front of House food service staff, ensures proper food handling, in accordance with established objectives, standards, policies, and procedures

· Assists in the maintenance of sound inter-departmental relations of the dining service department

· Responsible for taking meal and beverage orders and serving requested items to residents, guests and employees and may also be responsible for serving at banquets or other special events as necessary

· Assist with onboarding and training of new employees

· Every other weekend and every other holiday hours required

· High school diploma or equivalent required

· Experience providing quality customer services including needs assessment, meeting quality standards, and evaluation of customer satisfaction
