Responsibilities:
- Under the direction of the nursing staff, the Resident Assistant will provide direct resident care duties based upon the individualized care plan/support plan of each resident, including attention to the residents’ personal care (hygiene, bed changes, etc.) with an extreme display of compassion.

Education Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED (Required)
- CPR Certified (Preferred)
Desired Skills:
- Knowledge of HIPAA rules and regulations and of regulations and guidelines governing long-term care
- Good communication skills and ability to effectively interact with others
- Experience providing customer & personal services
