We are looking for a Fitness and Aquatics Specialist to join our team at Dock Woods!
This role assists with monitoring the fitness and aquatics center and leading classes as needed. Join our team for fun and movement and stay for the people!
Fitness and Aquatics Specialist Overview:
- Assist with daily operations, opening and closing of the fitness center and pool
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff to foster a supportive environment Maintain accurate records and documentation as required by the organization
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement programs that enrich residents’ lives
- Support residents in their daily activities, promoting engagement and well-being.
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality with the ability to encourage active resident participation
- High School Diploma (Required)
- CPR/First Aid Certification (Required)
- Certified Personal Trainer or Certified Group Exercise (Required)
