As you know, our future resident waiting list is organized by date of application and type of residence. We maintain a “ready” list of future residents who are prepared to move within the next one to two years. When a residence becomes available, we call the applicants on the ready list first. If you are prepared to seriously consider a move in the next one to two years, given the right circumstances and the right availability, you will want to have your name on the ready list.
