Opportunities for Students
Apply today to be the Student in Residence at The Willows of Living Branches! The student selected for this program will receive free room and board in a furnished studio apartment, plus meals in the dining room.
The ideal candidate:
- Is a junior, senior, or graduate student
- Majors in agriculture/organic farming, business, restaurant and food service, music, or art
- Is caring, social, motivated, independent, and respectful of seniors
- Will enjoy interacting with seniors and wants to spend time building relationships, sharing hobbies, and joining resident events
- Will spend at least 8 hours per week with residents, including one meal in the dining room and assisting with scheduled programs

Whether you’re interested in pursuing a career in health care, dining, childhood education, or just looking for a great first job — Living Branches is the place for you!
EXAMPLE: On Thursday, January 13, Living Branches will be holding an open house at our Dock Woods campus for students interested in part-time work from 3:00 until 5:00 p.m. You’re invited to Fisher Auditorium, where we’ll be offering on-the-spot interviews, sweet treats and favors, and the chance to see what our team is all about!
Student workers at Living Branches enjoy flexible scheduling around sports and other activities, and no late night shifts! No prior work experience is necessary, as all team members receive on-the-job training. You’ll be joining a supportive, enjoyable work environment alongside other students!
