Description

Class Summary

Contemporary participants in the Christian story don’t usually think about how our ancient forebears dealt with two vexing issues of their time. Our first theme is how Christians dealt with the threat of and temptation to violence. Our second theme is “women and men,” or how Christians navigated cultural norms and societal customs that affected the participation of women and men in the churches.
