Class Summary

This hands-on course will demonstrate tools, tips, and tricks that the instructor has picked up over the years. Students will learn standard and creative style designs along with some practical and useful ways to design from your own yard for the seasons.

All participants should bring a favorite vase of any style, shape, color (e.g., a teacup, pitcher, or crystal vase) so that you can create your own design to take with you. The size should be 8 inches in height and diameter, enough to hold a small bouquet. If you have a larger vase, please bring it along and we can discuss ideas.

About the Instructor

Deborah Bell established a floral design business, debell design, over 20 years ago. Deb is a freelance floral designer for Gypsy Hill Floral and Event Design, in-house florist at Blue Stone Country Club, and a provider of weekly arrangements for Blue Bell Inn in Blue Bell. She also serves as the executive assistant to the executive director of Dock Woods.
