Class Summary

Pamela Dimeler will play many Irish and Scottish tunes on her Celtic harp. She will share a brief history of the songs she plays and talk about her unique instrument. During the last portion of her program, she will have a sing-a-long including well-known tunes such as “Danny Boy,” “Loch Lomand,” and “When Irish Eyes are Smiling.”

About the Instructor

Pamela Dimeler has been playing the Celtic harp since 2001 and is a member of the Brandywine Harp Orchestra, directed by Janet Witman. The orchestra plays over 15 concerts a year in the tri-state area. She is the director and founder of Parkside Academy of Music and Dance in Parkside, celebrating 37 years of teaching music and dance to children of all ages. Pam resides in Delaware County with her husband, Scott.
