As the Personal Care Admission Specialist at Living Branches, you will assist residents and families interested in Personal Care and Memory Care. Reporting to the director of sales, a successful candidate will have strong interpersonal, customer service, and relationship-building skills.
Personal Care Admission Specialist Overview:
- Represents Living Branches in a positive, professional, and accurate manner that demonstrates our mission and core values
- Primary contact for prospective Personal Care and Memory Care families as they begin exploring the levels of care at Living Branches. Partner with sales counselor to advance leads through the sales process
- Coordinate submission, disbursement, and evaluation of all paperwork required from applicants for Personal Care and Memory Care to gain entrance into Living Branches. This requires working with internal and external departments and organizations to process the required forms
- Works with prospective residents and their family after they have made the decision to accept a residence and move to Living Branches. Schedules clinical assessment and settlement, coordinates paperwork, answers resident and family questions.
- Inputs prospective resident contacts and information into customer management software system and electronic health care record,
- Coordinates with internal team (level of care director, care coordinator, housekeeping, maintenance, front desk, social services, life enrichment, pastoral care, fitness coordinator) with regard to new move-ins – letting people know who, what, when, and where with regard to the resident assessment, settlement, and move-in.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a senior living environment (preferred)
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with all individuals involved with resident.
- Previous experience with electronic health records or sales CRM
- Must be highly organizational and have good time management skills
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision in a fast paced environment
