We are looking for Hospitality Manager to lead our FOH Dining team! As the Hospitality Manager, you will be able to make the job your own by contributing your unique leadership strengths while overseeing our dining staff. Along the way, you’ll be vital in ensuring our residents and staff feel valued in our community!
Hospitality Manager Highlights:
- Plans, directs, and coordinates service activities in the main dining rooms, health care, personal care, restaurants and oversees all catering events
- Assists in providing quality food and an enjoyable dining experience for residents, guests, and staff
- Circulates to all dining areas during meal periods to connect with residents and guests, immediately attempts to correct any problems in these areas
- Responsible for interviewing, onboarding, scheduling, employee review, payroll management of all service staff
- Mentoring and training of all service staff with an emphasis on the mentorship, communication and training of staff in your area of oversight to include one on one and evaluations, utilizing Team Leaders and Nutrition Care Supervisor to assist with this
- Implement programs to improve service to the residents, guests, and staff to promote and enhance the desirability of the community
- Develop and produce special events for Residential Living with management team (assist with implementation of this meal program) HC, Personal care and Parkview
- Manages food service staff, ensures proper food handling, catering, supplies management, patient meal service, food delivery, dish processing, sanitation and cash operations in accordance with established objectives, standards, policies, and procedures
- Assists in the maintenance of sound inter-departmental relations and the integration of the dining service department with the facility plan of operation
- Provides excellent Customer Service within established guidelines across all campuses
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2-4 years of work experience in dining services, catering, restaurant management, or related field
- Working knowledge of OSHA standards, fire and safety procedures, HACCP regulations, as well as knowledge of state food-handling and kitchen regulations
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously, has ability to prioritize work and resolve emergencies as they may occur
- Ability to manage in a diverse environment with focus on resident and customer satisfaction
