Flu Vaccine
This year we will again be giving no-cost flu vaccines to all Living Branches staff members. Despite the fact that we hear so much about COVID-19, influenza still presents a health risk for our residents and each other. By making sure we are all vaccinated, we can protect our residents and ourselves.
- You must either register for an appointment for your flu vaccine or give proof of having had a flu vaccine elsewhere to your HR generalist (Margaret Daily or Carol Suder) by October 31.
- When you register for your flu shot, be sure to print the acknowledgement form, sign, and bring with you to your appointment, and review the flyer from the CDC with information about the vaccine.
- Be sure to wear short sleeves the day of your appointment.
As a reminder flu vaccines are mandatory for all Living Branches employees unless there is a religious or medical exemption. All employees must have a flu vaccine at one of our clinics, or bring in proof of vaccination elsewhere by October 31, or they will be taken off the schedule.
