The Willows of Living Branches, a Personal Care Home in Hatfield

The Willows of Living Branches, conveniently located on 309 in Hatfield, is ideal for seniors looking for a close-knit Personal Care home (similar to what many know as an assisted living community). This home-like campus is perfect for older adults looking for assistance with daily life while maintaining their independence.

Residents enjoy supportive care around the clock and rich day-to-day. There’s always something to do: billiards, gardening, music therapy sessions, Bible study, trips to Lancaster and the Jersey shore, and more. Residents also favor the community’s gardens and patio, charming residences, and convenient access to route 309.

And if a resident ever needs Health Care or Memory Care, they have priority access to our Dock Woods and Souderton Mennonite Homes communities.

“You as an organization, from the nurses to anyone else I have communicated with, do a really great job with communicating and replying quickly. It matters and I thank you.” – D.R.

Maintain independence

Each resident at The Willows maintains their own level of independence. Some keep a car on campus, coming and going often. Others prefer to have friends and family visit, spending time in beautiful indoor and outdoor common areas. The goal is to support each resident’s needs, whether you head off-campus or spend your time with us.

Residents also play a crucial role in how The Willows operates. The community’s resident council is open to everyone, providing ample opportunities to share ideas with your neighbors.

Let go of home maintenance

The studio and one-bedroom apartments at The Willows are designed to reduce hazards common in many family homes. Each residence includes a private bath with safety features. And housework is finally a thing of the past! Housekeeping, linen laundering, and maintenance are included in the daily rate.

Student in Residence Program

The Willows is a multigenerational Personal Care home! Each year, a local university student lives on campus while attending school. In their free time, they spend time chatting, dining, playing games, and participating in other activities with residents.
