SPIRITUAL LIFE

The Living Branches Pastoral Care and Service team promotes spiritual wellness by nurturing the ongoing faith development of older adults. Weekly Bible studies, Sunday services in the chapels, and providing individual guidance and support are just a few of the ways the pastors form meaningful relationships with residents and their families.

The Pastoral Care and Services team at Living Branches is comprised of five pastors and the volunteer coordinator: Ray Hurst, director; Jim Derstine, pastor at Dock Meadows; Mark Derstine, pastor at Souderton Mennonite Homes; Lorene Derstine, pastor at Dock Woods; Joy Sawatzky, pastor at Souderton Mennonite Homes; Lynne Allebach, volunteer coordinator.
