FITNESS
Living Branches communities offer excellent resident fitness programs with state-of-the-art equipment. The Fitness Center Coordinators at Souderton Mennonite Homes and Dock Woods assist residents in customizing individual workout programs, and encourage participation in fitness-related events.
Residents can enjoy the activities of the indoor pool at Dock Woods where classes and various aquatic games are held, including the highly-popular water volleyball. Multiple aerobic and strength-training classes are offered at both campuses, and provide an opportunity for fitness and fellowship with neighbors.
Living Branches has emergency call systems in place for those residents who wish to work out after hours when the Fitness Center Coordinators are no longer present. The emergency call system will alert medical staff in the building to respond to the fitness center should you require assistance.
