At Living Branches, we believe that fitness is an important component of wellness. Our mission is to empower each resident to lead a life a purpose and joy within a community that focuses on spiritual, mental, and physical wellness – and exercise and fitness are some of the key ingredients to achieving this vibrant state.

Our Fitness and Aquatics Program includes an array of offerings to suit each resident’s fitness needs. Some classes are seated, some are in the pool, and others are outdoors. As a member of the program, you may enjoy a range of aerobic and anaerobic equipment, as well as access to fun group classes led by well-qualified staff. Join the clubs and activities that interest you the most, or exercise in the fitness center independently. It’s your choice.
