Home to a community of about 70 residents, Dock Meadows is conveniently located at the intersection of Route 309 and Unionville Pike in Hatfield, Pa. This location is minutes from the Montgomeryville five-point intersection, which intersects Route 309 with Routes 202 and 463, making Dock Meadows easily accessible to Allentown, Doylestown, and Philadelphia.

Dock Meadows currently offers 64 studio and one-bedroom Personal Care apartments. If residents should ever need Memory Support Care or Health Care (also known as Skilled Nursing) services, they have access to the continuing care retirement communities at Souderton Mennonite Homes and Dock Woods, the other two communities of Living Branches.
